I reached out to Joel via Yelp at night. He came first thing in the morning the next day and gave me an estimate for the trenchless repair. They were able to start the project within a few days after obtaining the city permits.
The best part about the team: their professionalism and courtesy. I asked Joel to halt the job the morning of as my wife and I decided we wanted to see if we could save a tree that was in the way of the repairs.
Once I told Joel to proceed, his crew actually dig around it (creating harder work) and the tree is doing just fine.
Everything was done in one day and at the exact quoted price. He even provided a 20 year warranty for their work.
Joel is an awesome dude and his hard working team made this trenchless repair seamless.

Wow! Where to start. We were having a lot of water pressure issues. So much we purchased a new washer thinking that may be the problem(long story). After having a few family members take a look and not able to solve the problem I was referred to plumbing solutions. I called them along with a few others and they had the best rate. I was able to make an appointment the next day!
Mike showed up on time. In fact, I was 5 minutes late and he was so nice and patient about it! After taking a look at a couple things he was able to fix our problem and in a timely matter. I couldn’t believe he solved our pressure problem in such little time….AMAZING and knowledgeable! He also showed us how to clean and maintain our hot water heater.
After our pressure was fixed we ended up with a leak, water spraying everywhere(separate problem). We called mike and he fit us in same day!! The costumer service we received, the honest pricing, and the knowledge is enough for us to refer anyone who needs a plumber. They really know what they are doing! And thank you Mike for being so pleasant and helpful!
